Scratched body refrigerating equipment.

Description:

The main purpose of this equipment is achieving maximum temperature in the minimum time possible avoiding the formation of frost and managing a quick cystal formation during the wine estabilization process.
The evaporation of the scratched body refrigerating unit is built in stainless steel AISI 304 and it is particularly indicated to process wines and musts.
The compressors may be hermetic or semi-hermetic at customer's request.
It can also be used during the vintage to fulfill the fermentation temperature control, grape or must refrigeration by means of a tubular exchanger and the desludging.
As an option it can be supplied with an independent refrigerating cicuit (double circuit) to control fermentation and heating pump.
