Description

The main purpose of this equipment is to achieve maximum cooling of the product in the shortest possible time, preventing ice formation and thus achieving rapid crystal formation during the wine stabilization process.

The evaporator of the scraped body cooling unit is constructed of AISI 304 steel and is particularly suitable for processing wines and musts.

The compressors can be hermetic or semi-hermetic, at the customer's discretion.

It can also be used during the grape harvest to control fermentation temperatures, cooling the grapes or must using a tubular heat exchanger, and for racking.

OPTIONAL: Independent cooling circuit (double circuit) for fermentation control and also with a heat pump.
