Non-toxic fat for food use – 400 grs cartridge
Grease specially developed for the lubrication of all those mechanisms that require a lubricant of a "non-toxic" nature, and that may have incidental direct contact with food products.
The grease, formulated based on a complex soap of aluminium, additives and authorized white solid lubricants, it also has excellent lubricating qualities and a high resistance to water, making it very suitable for lubrication of mechanisms or bearings, which are subject to the action of water and burdens. It satisfies one of the gratest difficulties ib the market, which is to have a lubricat with non-toxic characteristics and also having very good lubricating properties.
It is a product capable of withstanding very high lubrication requirements, being all its constituent raw materials, authorized by the Spanish Legislation of Health and by the "Food and Drugs Administration" (FDA). It is also approved by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA type H-1).
Can be used in mechanisms such as bearings that work at a temperature that goes from -20 to 150 ° C, with speed factors approx. 5 x 105, in the presence of water and under the action of charges.
Its high resistance to water which makes it very suitable for the lubrication of chains that may suffer the intermittent action of water, as can occur in chains in food transport chains (slaughterhouses, packaging industry, etc ...).
It can also be used in valves or taps for water conduction, ensuring proper lubrication of its most critical parts.
