Description:
These plates are designed to be inserted through the upper opening of the tank, remaining submerged in the wine. Water is circulated through internal conduits in the plate to cool it and maintain a low fermentation temperature. Made entirely of Stainless Steel.
- Plate thickness: 1,0+1,0 mm
- Materials: Stainless Steel AISI 304
- Finish: Electrochemical polishing.
- Connectionss: Ø ½" / LENGTH: 300 mm. ("D")
- Perimeter welding by TIG process.
