Linear automatic labeler and wine capsule machine:
Characteristics:
- This machine is prepared to be put in line with our filling and corking monoblocks obtaining a totally automatic and complete bottling system.
- Two labeling heads with step by step motor permits a great accuracy in the label layout.
- Label centering system of great reliability.
- Bench in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Stainless steel conveyor.
- Collecting tray for completed bottles.
- Fastening, stopping and bottle detection system to place capsules.
- Capsulling head for tin and steel capsules or plastic capsules (on customer's petition).
- Option of controller with digital display to store the configuration of the diferent type of labels.
- Capsules distributor to place the capsule automatically on the bottle.
- Production of aproximately 1.200 to 1.500 bottles/hour, depending on the type of capsules.
- Optionally a head for collar or strips , batch marker or missing cork detector can be incorporated.
