Technical characteristics
The distribution channel of capsules is constructed with profiles in stainless steel of laser cutting.
The photocell installed over teh channel active automatically the feeder or the eventual shutdown of the machine when the capsules are missing.
The head of 4 rolls is built entirely in stainless steel and boasts the device "on the CAP, on ROLL" which prevents the straightening in the event that the bottle comes accidentally without capsule, preserving the integrity of the head and the glass.
The operating principle is innovative, with the ascent of the bottle in the direction of the head by means of a simple pneumatic cylinder, completely eliminates wear and maintenance.
