It allows an optimal transfer of essential oils from the hops to the wort to increase its flavor and aroma, without increasing bitterness, being able to use other flavoring ingredients that are not hops. In addition, no heat is added to the process and it is possible to work with liquids with or without pressure, since there are no CO2 losses.
The tank is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with 2 mm thick sheet metal and BA finish inside and outside, with complete internal polishing. It has an interior grid with a 0.2 mm pitch and a triangular profile, so that the return of the liquid is free of particles.
