Continuous machine is quite cold with two outputs that makes pasta with or without bones, without added water or only in small quantities.
The grinding is performed in a hammer mill or cutter (blade mill possesses series).
The principle of operation of the machine is very simple. A first motor group performs feeding of the olives from the hopper to the grinder.
The mill consists of a system of blades involved a perforated mesh, the milled olives fall into the mixer, which is equipped with a motorized stirrer and blender filled sensor.
The feed pump olive paste, motorized adjustable speed extracted by a corresponding wheel dough blender and leads to inside the decanter centrifuge which, driven by an electric motorconnected to the mill, separating oil from water and the residue (2 phases).
